Can i sue a business for mistreatment?

I work for the company for 15years and lay me off due to me not allowing the store manager yell and scream at me. she told me about 2months ago that the other manager cant do the hiring no more because she only hired blacks, she wants to hire mexicans they work more, she talks about her body and genital area, and tells everyone at work that noone can talk or gossip and she is the biggest gossiper.|||If you have evidence that they resort to racial discrimination in their hiring policies you can file a complaint with the EEOC to have them investigated, but you would have no grounds to sue them nor would you be entitled to anything since you were not terminated on racial grounds.

While rude and gross, the manager may legally talk about her body as long as she is not sexually harassing you, and she is allowed to be a hypocrite and a gossip.

The manager is also allowed to yell or scream. It sounds like your "at will" employment was terminated due to a personal disagreement or a personality clash. This is legal. I see no grounds for a lawsuit. File for unemployment and find a better job.|||You need to talk to a lawyer, but I think you can sue for discrimination/harassment. You just need to have proof, people to back up what you are accusing the person of. Whether it is happening to you or to all. But the suit should be against 'the person' and another against 'the company' for allowing the person act this way.

Contact a lawyer. You have a case (almost sure).

Good Luck.
