Is mistreatment of employees common and accepted?

In certain industries, is it common and acceptable practice for management to mistreat its employees?|||No , it is most definitely not acceptable. History has shown us time and time again that if you give humans power and authority over other humans , they WILL abuse that power. Don't be just another victim , stand up for yourself , tell your boss's boss , tell your district supervisor (if that applies) call OSHA( assuming you live in the USA ). Boss's sometimes need to be dealt with in the same accord as you would a bully , stand up to the mistreatment , and you will not only help yourself and others who would have come after you , but you will inevitably grow as a person . But if you don't stand up for yourself , then you have no right to complain , and your self -esteem and pride will shrink with your job performance as well.|||That's not the right question. The question is, are YOU going to accept it?





Anyway, the answer is no, it is not common and acceptable for management to mistreat people in any industry.|||It is in the bus industry!|||I would say in certain cases, yes.
